Wallpaper is a free tool for transcribing meetings and organizing them into notes and tasks. By creating an account and using it, you agree to these terms. They’re meant to be straightforward.
You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Use a real email so you can recover access and receive important notices. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live.

You’re responsible for complying with the recording and privacy laws that apply to your meetings.
Your meetings, notes, and tasks are yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — storing your content and sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy to transcribe it and generate notes. You can export or delete it at any time from Settings.
Wallpaper is provided free and “as is,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated notes and summaries can be inaccurate or incomplete — don’t rely on them as your only record for anything important. We don’t guarantee the service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallpaper and its maker are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. You can stop using it and delete your account whenever you like. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
