Privacy Policy

What we store

Tied to your account, so that only you can see it:

• Your email address and any name you add.
• Your meetings — transcripts, AI-generated notes, and any notes you write.
• Your tasks, columns, and attachments.
• Basic usage counts (transcription minutes and AI usage) for the current month.
• Any API keys you choose to add, stored to make your own usage unlimited.

Audio and transcription

Live audio is streamed for transcription and is not stored as a recording by us. If you upload a recording to transcribe, it is held temporarily to process it and then deleted. The resulting text is saved to your account as a meeting.

Service providers we use

To make the app work, your content may be processed by:

• Supabase — authentication and database, where your account and content live.
• Deepgram — converts meeting audio to text.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generates notes, summaries, and answers.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your meeting content to advertise to you.

Your controls

From Settings → Account you can export a copy of your data at any time, and permanently delete your account and everything in it. Deletion is immediate and can’t be undone.
